AirLite™ produces "Dust extracted" paper bedding as a cheaper alternative to the corrugated product introduced in February 2003. This has many of the qualities of the corrugated product and is positively dust extracted. AirLite's new system shreds either paper (newspaper, documents - securely) or corrugated cardboard, dust extracts the shredded product through a pneumatic product separator built to their design and then bales the clean product into a variety of sizes according to the baler installed. Paper Bedding (made from waste & reject paper and corrugated cardboard) is recognized by veterinarians as the healthiest bedding for performance horses, show cattle, pigs and poultry.
